Spewing philosophical views on life
Someone my mom knew relatively well committed suicide the other day. My mom is devastated, mostly because she doesn’t understand suicide (or why anyone would ever take their own lives). I’m not affected as much, since I didn’t know them at all, but I think it’s interesting that I find this completely normal, while she does not.
